Good Day Alberta RVers Members,

Please accept this as official notice of the Alberta RVers Association 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Please note that additional information regarding the Fall Campout will be sent separately to members who are registered for the Fall Campout. This notice pertains to the Annual General Meeting only.

Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Devon Lions Campground Gazebo

Registration for the AGM will begin at 9:00 a.m.

All members in good standing of the Association are welcome to attend, participate, and vote on all matters brought before the membership.

Attendance at the Fall Campout is not required to attend the Annual General Meeting. However, if you wish to attend the Saturday evening supper, you must register and pay for the meal through Alberta RVers by August 27, 2026.

6.1.3 Election of Provincial Executive
Voting members elect the President, Officers and elected Directors at Large for a three-year term.
The President shall serve for only one three-year term or a three-year term and a portion of a term
prior to being elected for a full three-year term.

to being elected for a full three-year term. At the discretion of the incumbent, if willing, may serve a
second successive three-year term either by re-election or acclamation if unopposed.

6.2.5 The Immediate Past President of the Association
Assists the newly elected President transition to their new role to ensure continuity and provide
support, resolution and clarity of any outstanding issues which may arise during the transition.
This role will be for one year from the beginning of the newly elected President’s term and will participate in all Executive meetings during that first year.
