About Us

We’re a lively group of retired—and soon-to-be retired RV owners who love camping, socializing, having fun, and making great memories together. Our goal is simple: to enjoy each other’s company, and the adventures that come with group campouts and rallies.

Along the way, we respect the outdoors and support our local communities.

What We Do

We stay active year-round with events and activities that bring people together.

  • Local Chapters:
A chapter is a group of members in a certain area of the province who connect locally to camp and socialize together aside from provincial events.. Alberta RVers has 10 chapters ranging from Lethbridge, Calgary, Sherwood Park to Spruce Grove. These chapters run their campouts throughout the camping season, do charity projects and winter social activities like breakfasts, Christmas parties and theatre.
  • Provincial Rallies:
Every June, the Provincial Executive oversee a big spring rally for members of all chapters, at large members or anyone that is curious what we are about, to come together, featuring five fun-filled days of camping, meals, entertainment and games like molkky / scatter, corn hole, bean bag baseball, cribbage, and board games. In September, we hold a smaller, more relaxed mini-rally focused on socializing and of course having fun.
  • Exploring Alberta:
While holding these rallies, we travel throughout the province, supporting towns like Drumheller, Rolling Hills, Vulcan, Camrose, Cardston, Sedgewick, and Devon.

Most of our members are 55+ and many also join a local chapter, though it’s not required.

Chapters run their own campouts, fun events, and often give back through charity work and community projects.
